Dear
Friends of Vedanta:
On January 13, 2007, we
celebrated the opening of our new chapel, pictured here. This is where
we hold services and classes, meditate and worship. Recently it has
also become a venue for musical concerts.
At its
center is the shrine dedicated to Sri
Ramakrishna, Sri
Sarada Devi,
Swami
Vivekananda, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and other divine
figures. We honor these figures because Vedanta believes “all paths
lead to the mountaintop”. We believe in the sanctity and beauty of all
religions and welcome everyone, regardless of their spiritual path, to
join us for worship, discussion and celebration.
In
order to build the new Chapel within our allotted time frame, we raised
$135,000 in less than a year and borrowed $96,000 through a credit
union letter-of-credit and generous, no-interest personal loans. We are
asking for donations to help pay off these outstanding loans. Thank you
for your generosity.

Thank you.
