The
Eternal Quest
Bookstore
Our
bookstore at the Vedanta Center of Atlanta is up and running.
We
have a wonderful inventory of books, incense and
CDs. Please visit after class on Thursday nights, after
worship
on Sundays, or by appointment
with Center's Resident Director.
Front
and center in our inventory is Swami Brahmavidyananda’s ten-book series
in which he has reorganized the essence of Swami Vivekananda’s Complete
Works. It is specially organized for a Western audience,
with a natural progression of Swami Vivekananda’s ideas.
In his extraordinary way, Swami Vivekananda gives us a
remarkable grasp
of the foundations, applications and the inner dynamics of a universal
spirituality.
Volumes one and two deal with the inner nature and
structure of a universal religion.
Volumes three through
seven deal
with the application of this universal religion in the areas of action,
love, meditation and reason.
Volumes eight through
ten
bring our attention to the metaphysics of a universal religion. These
three final books thus focus on the nature of misunderstanding,
perception and evolution.
These books are $15.95 each.

ancient teachings of the Vedas. $4.95

and Christianity

of Vedanta. With numerous quotations from the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita

compare the two religions, but to present shared spiritual truths for
the inspiration of all. $8.95
